No Lecturers

Hi, I’m a thirdyear student at Richfield's Newtown campus. I’ve been studying here for three years, and every year, the lecturers change. Sometimes, we end up having to write exams without having had a lecturer at all.

In my first year, I remember our Programming and Web Development lecturer left, and we went a long time without anyone teaching u despite these being core modules for an IT qualification.

This year, the situation is even worse. We currently have only one lecturer for Programming, and all the other lecturers have resigned. We're being made to write our CA tests without having had lecturers for 4 out of our 5 modules, yet we're still expected to pass.

On top of that, we’re now required to pay for an access card just to be allowed to write, and honestly, I’m not sure what that payment is even for.

We don’t know why so many lecturers resign from this campus, but if you're considering registering here think twice.
