No communication from administrators

I write this with a sore heart and deep regret. On the 17th of January I registered with Richfield for a NC: Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development NQF 5 programme. I paid R10 000 reg fee as to get my monthly payments thereafter low, now I feel I have poured my hard earned money down the drain. 5 days later I received a confirmation letter and was told a guy by Nithen Bachoo will call me within the next week. It has been a full 2 weeks since, NOTHING. The lady, Phophi, who assisted me with reg has been calling and following up and responding to my emails but she has done her role and can’t assist with anything going forward. I was told the programme will be starting in mid Feb but I am yet to receive a call, links to the schools portals, login details, books, a guide as a new student, I am clueless 3 weeks down the line. I registered early cause I did not want to do things in haste, I wanted to give myself enough time to get fami**** with the system etc. before classes start. I don’t even know when that is.

I sent this Nithen person a direct email 7 days ago and he is also yet to respond to me. I really don’t like how this institution operates, how can a consultant sit with an email for over a week with no response, what are the managers even doing if things like that are not monitored. I work for an institution and we cannot sit for 3 days with an overdue ticket/email.

I am anxious, nervous and feeling defeated. 3 weeks down the line, nothing. No communication whatsoever. I am beyond disappointed, imagine starting a new learning journey with already such bad experience
