No assignment results

Im so disappointed in the level of service of this institution! As a distance learner who is working, mom and trying to get qualification, its disheartening they way that they treat distance learner. Its like they are doing you a favour for doing thier job!

Before enrolling i was told that i would receive my assignment results two weeks before an exam of which it was all a lie! I only got my assignment results during my exam and after! And with all that said i still haven't received Results for two other modules ( information system 512 & marketing 512) and final results will be published on the 5th Aug and today is the 2nd!!!

The day i was writing my first exam which was the 27th June, i did not get my access card from Cynthia zakwe. I didnt even know i needed one as it was my first exam via distance learner, only found out 1hour before my exam from other learners.. when i finally did get one the letter did not include Business statistics of which i wrote that day.

Now the sad part is as an employee you have to produce a letter to your employer as proof that on those particular dates you are writing. I have sent an email to Cynthia Zakwe and cc'd Leeann Govender requesting for a correct eccess card coz i have to send it to our HR department, still nothing!!! Now even my integrity is on the line because of thier incompetence!!!!!!! So sense of urgency for nothing or what so ever! It doesn't matter how many times you call (mind you after sending emails!!!) Still no one is available or they are on lunch!!!! No acknowledgement to email, nothing but you are expected to pay.

Someone needs to look into this institution! The service is unacceptable! I have collegues that chose different institutions for their studies and hut help but envy them coz of the level of service they get! No issues with getting thier assignment results on time, infact they all knew before thier exams thier final assignment marks, dont have to beg to get letter confirming their modules that they are doing to produce to HR and last but not least they are working with student advisors that understand what it takes to be working and studying and how much help we actually need as distance learners!!

The level of unprofessionalism is disgusting!
