Nicole is really working overtime. She is the best

Nicole thank you for your great service. May the Lord bless you. I was on the verge of dropping out, she gave me a call and sorted all of my frustrations with grace, kindness and understanding. We started on the wrong foot and I took some of my frustrations on her of which was out of my character and she doesn’t deserve it. My bad, I am truly sorry. She forgave me for that and now I found more than just an administrator but someone like a sister to me. Apart from fixing all my issues she even gave me good advice and opened the door for me to contact her anytime. For someone who struggles with depression and even thought of suicide after my exams due to Smowl this is life changing. She is God sent. May the lord bless her for real.

Now I feel like distance learning is more manageable because of the support she offered. We need more administrators like her. God bless her and her heart 🙏
