My experience with Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology and its staff has been exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I met Richfield advisors at Palmview Secondary School, and from the start, I felt reassured and comfortable with my choice of study. The advisors namely, Tyrel and Kai showed patience and kindness, with no undue pressure. They guided me through registration, gave me a campus tour, and ensured I felt at ease. Their ongoing support and communication helped me settle in. I was contacted by Mr Aqeel whose response time to my inquiries were immaculate whilst he shared valuable information about the digital campus. Their advice, reassurance, and sense of belonging made a significant impact, turning a potentially daunting transition into a smooth and enjoyable adjustment to my studies. I truly appreciate their dedication and support.
