My Certificate . . Student number 159697

I was studying in 2020 higher certificate in administration. Submitted all my work including the WIL, then in 2021 i enquire about the graduation and certificate, and guess what they gave me excuses as to the i didnt submit the WIL. SO I RESUBMITTED THE WIL., no feedback whatsoever. Iv been hounding them from last year and qas promised they would get back to me. And also this year 2022 i callws again to enquire and they gave me the runaround till i decided to go physically, because its graduation time since i didnt attend last year due to incompetency. Guess what? Im still been given the runaround and being told i didnt submit my WIL yet my lecture has my WIL with my marks. I was speaking with the manager and he promised to sort me out before the graduation,,, uptill now nothing,no graduation letter nor feedback about my certificate... MY PARENTS HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE LAST YEAR!!!
