My certificate Diploma IT 2yrs

I am not happy with this institution I'm still waiting for my certificate I paid of my fees in August, they said I'll get my certificate after 2 weeks but it's more than that now when I enquire about it they'll say it has not arrived called head office but still ...this is not fair
