Lack of support for distance learners

Richfields distance learning support is extremely bad. Richfields fails to provide the proper assistance especially for their distance learners but expects them to behave like they're full time students. Distance learning was created for people who are working and studying and you would expect the college to be more lenient an considerate when it comes to tests and assignments but thats not the case.
