Lack of knowledgeable staff

I am not yet a student at Richfield but I was interested in joining for 2020 however when I went to enquire by the St George's mall in Cape Town I approached a very less knowledgable consultant by the name Nathan who barely knew how the services are offered to BBA students and how would the examinations be scheduled he was very uncertain about basic things which made me skeptical about the entire institution he was more into showing me the payment structure of my course rather than the quality of the services and education that is offered in there which includes study materials this is very reflective of how terrible of the service I would get should I join this college, by them not being able to train their staff properly do they think we are just gonna look at the fees and join immediately without asking questions? Nathan the guy I enquired to was really sweating as I was asking basic questions these are basic questions which form part of his line of work that he was supposed to know but rather he held on to the fees brochure trying to dodge my enquiries. Richfield please invest some money in training your staff because you will lose potential students like myself how much more out there are you gonna lose if this continues.
