Lack of delivering expectations

Im currently a student and did took a loan to pay for the course,the modules received i completed and waiting for response as this is a portfolio of evidence but now i received email from student assistant Mr Nithen Bachoo informing that i might forfeit my studies due to slow progress. The Bloemfontein branch explains that they gave me all modules needed but to my suprise i still have to do more modules which was never issued to me. Please help as i cant forfeit this studies i lost more money which im still paying at the bank and i have never played around something as serious as this
