LACK OF ADEQUATE ACADEMIC SUPPORT FROM THE INSTITUTION PARTICULARLY FOR DISTANCE LEARNER

Richfield is a good school but when it comes to distance learning, less effort is put which then puts us so much pressure when it is time for exams and tests . ONLY a few study materials are uploaded , almost no communication about any classes. We cannot have 2 workshops and a study guide and be expected to pass our exams . Contact students have more lessons than us and we kindly ask that those lessons be shared with us as distance learner. WE CANNOT SURVIVE ON HAVING A STUDY GUIDE ALONE !! We do practical subjects like data science and it is unfair for the institution to expect us to read a practical module from a STUDY GUIDE , no additional videos nothing yet the exams requires us to do practicals(coding)!! .... PLEASE PUT MORE EFFORT ON US AS WELL ...IT IS NOT ONLY AFFECTING OUR STUDIES BUT OUR FINANCES AS WELL AS WE HAVE TO RE-REGISTER FOR MODULES WE FAILES
