I've learnt nothing and lost too much!

I don't even know where to begin. The fact that Richfield, when it comes to their distance learning "Education" is even still retaining current students is baffling.

I began my Bachelor's degree last year (2017) with hope and optimism that i will obtain a degree under my name in Information Technology. During my first year, I experienced countless issues with my moodle and the course material it provided. Study guides are uninformative and lack any real form of effort to ensure the student is actually learning anything. The people uploading the guides are basically copying out of textbooks and expecting students to just pick up on all the terminology and such. The online modules which have the slides of course material, as well as the study guides, are riddled with spelling errors, poor copy, and pasted information and screenshots, assignments are complicated and at times are not even relevant to the course material. So how can i be tested for things you aren't even teaching? My first-year issues were escalated to the relevant people but nothing has happened and i was never contacted.

Now in my second year, extremely glad that i amanged to actually pass given how difficult Richfield makes to actually comprehend and learn ANYTHING, i was hopeful i could push through 2018 and so on to eventually be rid of this institution and put what i could learn for myself into practice. Coming to the realization today that i am essentially throwing away R2000.00 every month for an education i could get from youtube, it would be in my best interest to just walk away. However, having already dumped around R40k into Richfields pockets i cant bring myself to do so.

So i ask, can i get my money back for wasted hours after work, no weekends, no social life, retaining 10% of the material provided to me, struggling to get off work to go write exams and highly unprofessional campuses where the lectures or exam moderators have no clue what is going on and facilities that are so out of date i might as well code and do MCQS on a toaster?

Or will Richfield actually take being an Education institution seriously as promised?

I feel cheated and ******.

NEVER EVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS A MEANS TO 'LEARN' ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
