I've enrolled with pc training (Richfield) in 2016 and wrote my exams passed in 2017
I've enrolled with pc training (Richfield) in 2016 and wrote my exams passed in 2017. It was a 9months course. I didn't receive my certificate since 2018 I've been trying to call send emails trying to get my certificate I as told my results aren't found . Last year 2023 I asked for a refund, January this year 2024 they told me I can not get my refund coz 5 years has passed by, Earlier this year they called and asked how much I was scoring on my modules. Just to later send a certificate (7 years after completing the course). I still need my refund, the certificate they sent isn't valid anymore it is outdated and those aren't my marks either
