Is this institution legit!

My son received a call from an Agent at Richfield College and he was interested in registering with them.I paid a portion of the registration fee in December to secure space for him, he got an acceptance letter confirming Student No.*** unfortunately, he did not qualify to enrol with them anymore because of his results. The Agent who signed him up reassured me that I will get a refund.I have been following up with Agent since January, I have even sent my bank statement as it was requested, seeing that I was not getting any joy from this. I requested to speak to the person in charge for the refund, the Agent gave me Mandy's email address, well there was no acknowledge of my rmal from her anx I have been following every week without anyone coming back to me. Today, I followed with the Agent and her response wwas "mam, I dont know why you are not getting your money back, I'm also resgning"
