I wil advise anyone to approach this institute

Stay away from this instutute, their administration is absolutely shameful. Firstly sister registered for a short and to get the certificate was a mission. When we finally got the certificate i realized we had overpaid the fees by 2500 , i tried to get a refund to no avail. She the decided to register for another course and she had to obtain a study permit to come back and study. We went back to the institute so that we will obtain necessary documents to get the permit. She filled the form with the expectation to get the documents. She never got the letter and we were told later that she they did not issue letter because they needed 50% deposit. By then it was too late so we did not proceed with the registration because from our understanding of immigration law thestident should not come in and study without a permit. To my surprise I am getting demanda for school fees because the student filled the form but she did not get documents to get permit. I have written to the campus manager who us so unproffesional sometimes she doesn't even respond. She keeps on saying the student is supposed to pay because she did not request for permit documents. If Richfield does not respect immigration laws they should not be binding people and expect them to do the same. I need the request for payment to be ceased because everday i get sms to say the fees are ovedue but the child never attended classes even a single day. Just because she filled the form but did not complete requirements. It is surprising how she bacame a student with no permit to study but expected to pay
