I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Sarah Ngobeni,the Librarian at Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology (Pty)Ltd,Newtown Campus.My daughter visited the Campus yesterday to get her invoice,and after being told by another staff member,Nadiraah ,to wait for two hours with a promise to email the invoice-whicj never happened and was followed by unresponsiveness -I reached out to Sarah. From the moment I shared my concerns with her,Sarah took immediate action and assured me she would handle the situation.True to her word,by the next mornin,my daughter had received the invoice.Sarah 's professionalism, dedication,and prompt assistance made my stressful situation much easierto manage.
