I recently completed my bachelor's degree at Richfield, and my overall experience was excellent. The management and staff were professional and supportive, creating a great learning environment. The campus was well-organized, and events were engaging, making the academic journey both educational and enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with a new female lecturer who showed a lack of interest in engaging with students. She was unresponsive to questions via WhatsApp, and her marking abilities were questionable. This lack of communication and commitment was frustrating, as timely feedback is crucial for academic growth. Despite this, my experience at Richfield was largely positive, and I would still recommend it to future students.
