I need my refund

Good day. I was a student at pc training in 2017 ,i finished my MCSE short course which was a year (duration) .i didnt receive my certificates. Doing follow ups i was told my results are missing. Branch manager told me that he lost all his information i should come for a rewrite they would call me. When i contacted them i was told the branch manager resigned there's a new one. I was directed to a woman called thembile who promised to help me.. They gave me run around until now i haven't gotten my certificates not i was negotiating a refund, they then told me two weeks ago to wait for the finance department they will contact me on Wednesday, which has already passed with no response. I paid R24 000 including registration.
