I have enrolled for a short course in Bookkeeping, however on 07/03/2020 it was my 1st session at school, to my surprise all the lectures doesn't know which subject am I doing? and apparently they said the is on-line test and assignments need to be done.

I have enrolled for a short course in Bookkeeping, however on 07/03/2020 it was my 1st session at school, to my surprise all the lectures doesn't know which subject am I doing? and apparently they said the is on-line test and assignments need to be done. I don't have the user for their side called moodle to attempt such. And I don't even have study material and I'm only attending once a month. and I have laid a complain with the manager at Jorisson branch in Braamfonteinbut no feedback as we speak. I'm so destructed to how am I going to pass without knowing which subject I'm doing and no study materials.
