Horrible service Richfield College of Johannesburg

Hi,

I have been running around in circles the past few weeks trying to get 5 modules cancelled that was added to my profile thrice.i have been credited with R13 495.00 extra for modules I have already done in my first year and passed.i have paid the R27031.00 for the first year and the R2500 registration for my second year first semester.i have paid the R2500 today.they have credited and registered me for my second year but still never removed the extra modules and now saying I owe them 13495.00 extra.i am really disappointed in how they have handled this and how pathetic they are.i have been calling and speaking to Gregory from the accounting department but he keeps making excuses and he has never sent the email he promised to send confirming that they will remove those modules I have already paid for.Gregory you are disappointing and you just don’t care.Today I have asked him for an update and he has said nothing but revert me to Rivika ,she is t he MD but the number given just rings and she doesn’t answer.I have asked for someone higher air maybe an ombudsman department but his response was “Not really”.CAN THIS BE RESOLVED TODAY PLEASE.

your service is pathetic and you quick to credit monies paid but not quick to rectify errors made.my results are withheld because of an error you failed to rectify.i will never recommend anybody to study with your institution because you fail to assist or care for the people that study through your institution.i refuse to pay for modules I have already done in my first year.I have all the proof of payments and a statement showing that I have paid this account in full.

please can someone contact me urgently.I will not pay that extra modules added when I have done them already.
