Horrible institution

This whole year I have a horrible experience with this institution. The institution has been frustratingly inconsistent with deadlines and feedback. They set strict deadlines for us but often fail to meet their own, creating unnecessary stress. Even after completing assignments, we rarely receive feedback or comments on our marks, leaving us in the dark about where we need to improve. Now, as we’re writing exams, they still haven’t returned our test scripts, citing vague reasons. This defeats the purpose of writing tests, to prepare for exams and deepen our understanding beyond the classroom, if I have mistakes on my tests and don’t have the opportunity to correct them then I am missing out on the full learning experience. This lack of feedback is taking away valuable learning opportunities that could help us succeed and grow academically. Transitioning from a great university to an *********** college is really hard hey, if you got your first qualification from a varsity and come here you will be frustrated and depressed trust me, they really don’t care about the satisfaction of students.
