Honestly, it’s been a life changing experience. I say this because when I went to Richfield, I was a very lost and confused person. But the very first day I set foot into the Umhlanga campus, I was met with the sweetest and most gentle receptionist, her name was Zintle and she welcomed me instantly. Soon after I spoke to a student advisor, she doesn’t work there anymore but she explained my course in the best way, after she left, she left me in the hands of another brilliant student advisor, Denise.
