Handed over without following correct procedure

Writing this review as a last resort to get my situation sorted.

I was handed over by Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology to MVP credit solutions. No procedure was followed regarding me being handed over. I have all communication with the campus proof that I didn't go AWOL I was supposed to come back next year. I suddenly got a call from MVP that my school fees account were handed over. The campus and the cluster director confirmed that the procedure of me being handed over was not followed. Now it has became my problem to sort it out the mess that the institution has created. I have proof of me sending emails requesting for help and sorting out the matter, but they are not helping .

They did confirm that the mistake was on their side they need to send an email to MPV for my account to be recalled but that is a struggle.
