Handed over to debt collectors for their own failures

My struggle started on the day one with Richfield registration was a nightmare unprofessional, bed attitude and unreasonable administrators at Kempton Park. Fast forward to COVID hitting everyone all over the world now the horrors' begin they couldn't facilitate virtual class due no Zoom license or class colliding. All this started to mess-up assignments and test timeframe.

It was no longer workable to me as was a long distance learning student (BBA). I had send multiple mail to *** to tell her that I no longer want to study with Richfield she never started a deregistration process and keep me an active student till today. Now as I type they have handed me over to some debt collectors, when I ask them why they send my name to this debt collectors they I must contact those debt collectors. They created this whole mess now I must clean up their *******.

I also tried to mail *** and have this matter resolved with no luck.

Richfield is a ******** institution.....
