Handed over due to incompetence!
I've been handed over to debt collectors after numerous emails and telephonic calls confirming cancellation of my studies from 2019. Due to their incompetence my studies were never cancelled as per my request and I am now liable for a years payment of studies for classes I didn't attend. Stay away from this institution at all costs as they will do anything to squeeze money out of the students and those less fortunate! I dealt with Ravika and Sthembile who showed no interest in resolving my query as all they care about is money.
