Graduation Dilemma

I have been a student with Richfield for the past three years and successfully completed my BSC passed all modules and don’t owe Richfield a cent. The graduation is on the 30 April 2025, emails were sent out that students must confirm the venue on the link provided which I done, when I attended the so called “roadshow” to collect my tickets for the graduation and get information about the attire I was told that my name is not on the graduation list, I then approached Kegan and told him of the problem I’m facing, Kegan assured me that he will resolve it then said on the day of graduation I must wait at the door he will meet me to give me entrance which is not a solution, why must I wait and be stranded at a graduation that I paid to be at why can’t my tickets be printed like all other students? To make matters worst I have been communicating with Afikile who is the distance learning administrator and she has been sending me from post to pillar for the past two weeks without any solution yet I keep telling her that the Cape Town Campus has refused to assist me saying she must resolve it with that being said it means I won’t be able to graduate because of this, every week Afikile says she has spoken to her manager of which both of them just can’t seem to assist me, I even phoned the Cape Town branch and spoke to Thandiwe who told me that she told Afikile to call the relevant people because she can’t help me. I suggest all of you resolve this and fast Richfield isn’t doing me a favor I’m a student paid your fees and past so please deliver your service like all other institutions and stop giving students the run around.
