Giving thanks

I had a wonderful experience with my administrator Nicole Zondi from Richfield Graduate of Technology. I've never seen the lady before, she's an Angel. I deal with the public at my workplace and I know the abuse and frustration the public or clients have towards the employees and I can sympathies with her. I'd like to thank you for being patient, kind and understanding towards me I could have never done this without the support you gave me. Last year I lost a lot of my family members and I was able to write my assignments and exams because of Nicole. Sometimes we would frustrate each other but she always keeps her cool and make sure that we end up reaching consensus and the initial plan is executed. She understands the pressure and the hardships of being a Distance learner, we carry a lot on our shoulder therefore she's available to assist even though we come with our frustrations and fears. I can't wait to meet her and give her her flowers, I bet she knows my name and my student number by hart coz I'm forever sending emails asking for help. Thank you Ms. Nicole Zondi you are a star don't let anyone change you, continue being a kind person the world needs people like you.
