Frustrating Experience - Regret Enrolling Here , to deregister is a nightmare

I genuinely regret enrolling at Richfield College. They are quick to sign you up but fail to adequately explain the contract details. While they rush to collect payments, they provide little support when a student wants to deregister. Instead of assistance, I found myself handed over to debt collectors who have begun to harass me. It’s frustrating, and it might be a good idea to reconsider the commission structure for the sales reps dealing with customers.

I had to deregister due to significant personal challenges, including my parents losing their home and my own job retrenchment. I'm struggling to find employment and don’t have the financial resources to cover these fees, yet I'm being threatened with blacklisting.

This institution must improve its support for students facing difficult times instead of adding to their stress and financial burdens. I strongly advise prospective students to carefully consider their decision before enrolling here.
