Formal Complaint – Failure to Refund Tuition Fees

I I hereby lodge a formal complaint against Richfield College for failure to refund tuition fees amounting to despite written confirmation and repeated follow-ups.

Despite this undertaking, the refund has still not been paid. I have continuously contacted the institution through emails and telephone calls requesting payment. The college acknowledges receipt of my communications and repeatedly promises payment; however, they continue to fail to honor their commitment

I paid the fees on 2026/02/03 and cancelled on 2026/02/04, then they sent me deregistration forms and requested me to attached banking details and other documents, to date they have not refunded me.
