Fees demanded for work not done

My son was enrolled at Richfield Midrand prior to lockdown March 2020. He basically was at the campus for about 3 weeks. Thereafter they closed due to covid 19. The campus manager Daniel who to be honest is not a very helpful person is now demanding that the complete fees are paid. There has never been any online classes or lectures. I have emailed Daniel a few times and honestly speaking he comes across as an arrogant person who is not willing to listen to reason and only cares about the fees.
