Fear of being black listed for no reason

Here is my sad story with Richfield college.

2021 i enrolled at this institution at krugersdorp and later on i was told that the course i app**** for its not available at their branch, therefore i was sent to 76 jorrisen street Braamfontein (Johannesburg)

Fine i did pay all the money that was required of me, from deposit including registration fees.. i went to inquire if it was possible that i pay for all the money that was remaining behind including the other 2 semesters i had left with.. I did pay for everything according to me i do not owe the institution as i also have proof of payments with me.

Following semester there was a promotion that was mode for business students, so i went to inquire that if is it possible i get my money back, since i pay before i knew about the promotion. and some of the employees there wont mention names they said it is possible, there are forms i need to fill in so i can get my money back.. I kept on going asking how do i go with a process so that i get my money back, i was sent to the management who he told me that its impossible i get my money back as it is already in the institutions account. Okay i ended up accepting that i wont get the money i am suppose to get.

Now heres an issue am being told that i owe the institution R6000.00 after all the money i have paid, i had multiple of meetings with a lady who is responsible for finances,and she had told me that they will fix the matter, its been months now she had promised me that. Yesterday i was told if i dont pay that money i might get black listed. Its so draining that i dont know what to do anymore.
