Don’t study with them
Wow what an utter utter disgraceful place. I tried to better my life by trying to study I paid a deposit and didn’t even have one single lesson from any tutor or lecturer and I emailed them I won’t be able to afford it going forward as my finances has changed and guess what they told me I’m liable for the entire R30 k which is so damn unfair considering I didn’t benefit anything from them after countless emails back and forth. I know see a message they taking me to court. Be very careful when joining them.

Our policy allows for cancellation of registration within 21 days of signing the contract. This period is clearly outlined and gives students the opportunity to reconsider their enrolment without financial penalty. Like all reputable Higher Education institutions, we rely on confirmed registrations to plan and deliver the academic and administrative support we promise our students. All Distance Learning students are supported by dedicated administrators who assist with queries and help guide them through their learning journey.
Once this period lapses, students remain liable for fees, as we would have already committed to resourcing and delivering services based on those enrolments. These measures ensure that the quality of education we offer is not compromised for any student.
