DO NOT REGISTER at RICHFIELD, DO NOT, UNLESS YOU DON'T VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

I wanted to study BSC Articulation because I had both a Diploma and an NQF level 4 in Information Technology. So I enquired on the duration to their student adviser, who then told me the articulation was going to take 1 year, of which I asked if she was 100% sure, and she said for sure.

I then asked her, what's needed, she rep**** and said that I'm gonna have to make R500 application fee plus R3000 registration fee, of which I paid. Immediately after paying the R3500, she then told me it was now going to be 2 years and not 1 as she previously confirmed. I then, requested my money be refunded, that was on the 12th of August, then they said the refund process takes 7 - 15 days, mind you it's now the 02nd of September.

They keep directing me from pillar to post and the current four guys involved are: Sibongile Simango (Student Advisor) Noncobo Zumana (Finance Admin) Erick Nyathi and Sphamandla Gambushe

The other frustrating thing is that only the student advisor is responding the rest of the guys who are supposed to process the refund are just quiet.
