Disgusting behavior
I have made numerous attempts to get my sons issue resolved with Richfield with no luck now they have gone and handed my son over. What a useless institution demanding money from a unemployed child whose time was wasted because of their incompetence. I posted my review on the 11 of August 2020 and to Date no one from Richfield has ever contacted me regards to my query all they care about is money. And now we have a debt collected Harrison my unemployed child for money and threatening him that he will be blacklisted disgusting.

My son was enrolled at Richfield Midrand prior to lockdown March 2020. He basically was at the campus for about 3 weeks. Thereafter they closed due to covid 19. The campus manager Daniel who to be honest is not a very helpful person is now demanding that the complete fees are paid. There has never been any online classes or lectures. I have emailed Daniel a few times and honestly speaking he comes across as an arrogant person who is not willing to listen to reason and only cares about the fees. Please refer to below the work that was sent to my son and think about what you would do if you were in my situation whereas Daniel is demanding R 8662.62

29 Nov 2021, 06:40I was called to a meeting regarding my situation with Richfield on the 09.11.21 together with my son. I was advised that they need to investigate our allegations and that they will come back to us well tomorrow will be 3 weeks and we have still not received any of feedback I have emailed the the people that were in the meeting on the 25.11.21 and to date I have not received any response. Please stop wasting our time and refund my money this is has being going on for over a year now.

I honestly advise people to stay away from this institution as they will drag you along a long and frustrating ride. No one is able to assist in any way and that is after meeting them face to face.
