Disappointing Administrative Support

As a student at Richfield College, I have been increasingly frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from the administrative office, specifically from an administrator named Khanyisile from a distance learning. Despite sending multiple emails over the past few months, I have yet to receive any replies or acknowledgments from her.

This lack of communication is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Effective and timely communication from the administration is crucial for students, especially when it comes to resolving issues, getting information, and ensuring a smooth academic experience. Unfortunately, Khanyisile's unresponsiveness has caused unnecessary stress and confusion, detracting from the overall quality of education and support that Richfield College should be providing.

I hope that the college administration takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their communication channels. Students deserve better support and a more reliable administrative team.
