DISAPPOINTED AT RICHFIELD GRADUATE INSTITUTE Of technology

Disappointment from this college I made an arrangement with the school that I will be able to my pay fees on the 10th of July asked them to allow me write my exams today I start writing my exams and I have been blocked from the moodle I am unable to login even when I made an arrangement with the school a week before exams I was told the 10th of July is far so what I must I take out money that i don't have at the moment??? Even with lectures they are never there which results to students not even coming to school anymore , I was sent from one Person to the next like no one wants to help yet I'm supposed to continue at this college
