De-registeration process.
The biggest ****. I have sent an email to richfield college that I need to de-register as a distance learner due to financial constraints.
I received no confirmation or phone call from the administrator. When I called the call center they advised me that my seven day cooling off period passed, therefore I am forced to continue paying for the whole year, which is absolute *******,
I did not even submit any exams or assignments. I did not even start with my second semester modules and yet this college wants force you to pay for something that you no longer can afford.
How do they expect someone to pay for something they no longer can afford. The biggest mistake registering with this college
THIS IS A MONEY MAKING ****
