COMPLAINT: Delay in issuing 2020 Diploma Certificates

Writing this review as a last resort to get answers as a concerned parent and guardian of a student at Richfield details as per below

We have been calling and getting set pillar to post sending kids to the campus to get information on their pending 2020 Diploma certificates for months now to no avail. We spoke to Campus manager and even went as far as speaking to the Director: Group Academic Administration to no avail.

We are well aware of the current pandemic and constrains it might be putting on you institution. However the constrains are now impacting our children seeking for employment and attaching his certificates of completed diplomas in an economy that is tough RICHFIELD has chosen to contribute to the angst.

WHEN THEY SEND DEMANDS FOR FULLY PAID FEES THEY HAVE ALL THE RESOURCES - BUT WHEN ITS TIME TO GIVE CERTIFICATES THEY TAKE US PILLAR TO POST
