Certificate Issue

I Karabo a student who once studied at Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology in Kempton Park Gauteng in 2019. I was studying Higher Certificate in System Engineering and completed the course, it's duration was 1 year. For Students to receive Certificates the institution assign a task to students to do a Will Integrated Learning (WIL) it was in a form of assignment and sand it via an email . I did complete the assignment and fowarded it to the email that we were suppose to send to. Time passed without receiving my Certificate . I then went to Kempton Park campus to enquiry about the Certificate. I spoke to Mr Thabang , as there was loadshedding he couldn't check me on the system and he then requested that i should leave my details he will get back to me. His feedback was " he couldn't find my assignment and also the certificate can not be made without the WIL, so i asked if is there any way that i can do the WIL again or any way foward . I never got a respond. So i was asking what should i do to get my Certificate , are they any penalty fees or task that needs to be done so i can receive my certificate? Please help me get the Certificate.
