Bad Treatment to Students

I’ve received my results today only to find out that I had two modules from 2018 and 2019 first that I need to sup. I paid them fully, so when I asked can’t I apply for a supplementary exam for the two modules that I’m supposed to supplement but they said No and I need to register for those two modules again to do them again next year. I had no idea on which modules I was supposed to supplement because they were withholding my results for the past two years. They kept my results for years due to my fees were not up to date. So Richfield is just time wasting and money wasting.
