BAD SERVICE OVER SETA CERTIFICATE
I did an FET course in Business Administration NQF L4 in 2013 and up until today i haven't received my SETA certificate.. I have been in contact with Brenda and Molina since 2019 and im told SETA has a bag log and what disturbs me the most is that no one is following up on my request and im not even getting feed back.. Its been almost 2 years i have done the requisition.. I have lost on so many job opportunities because of that certificate.. Each time i contact them they give me the runner round.. Its really bad service especially as a service provider.. I need someone to look into this matter as im unemployed and seeking employment

Academic Manager and Brenda Mcayiyana Administrator are very much aware of my situation as they are the ones i have been in communication with via E-mails.. I cant disclose my personal contact numbers for security reasons.. The last time they were in contact with me i was sent an email on the 1st of March 2019 that goes as follows..

Kindly be informed that SETA has a backlog on Verification of Portfolios , however your name has been submitted to SETA requesting verification. We are awaiting a date of verification from SETA. We will keep you updated with the process as soon as we receive the date.
We are currently still awaiting Service Seta verification. We are in communication with Service Seta with regard to a way forward
