Bad bad service ever, go at your own risk, i have been waiting for my academic transcript for weeks now, i made immediate payment of R250.00,i have been dealing with Phumi who works at results department, she advised that she is waiting for the registar to approve, if you registered with them you must know that you will struggle, im strugling, i have been approved for my bursary at work but im unable to complete registration because of the transcript that i have paid for weeks now, i did send them the prove of payment, i asked if they can give me soft copy and original later as i have to apply. But still, so frustrating honestly
