Bad service and no communication

Very dissapointed and frustrated at this point, to be told that I owe R6707 and will not view results before payment, i find it unfair and ******* as i have been making payments on what i afford and nobody bothered to even update me since day 1, nobody mentioned issue of arrears that are so high and which to me are a ******* Total paid so far is R5200 and my outstanding is R6000 how is that possible, can someone break it down for me, My calculations based on the 3 months i paid already says i have outstanding of R215 and am told i owe so much, how so.
