Bad service
Worst institution ever, if you need peace of mind do not ever go to RICHFIELD. Bad service, they are ****** they denied my payments. I had to keep going back and forth proving that I have paid. I was depressed during final exams because apparently they haven't been updating my payments, and said I am 4 months behind of which I wasn't. I want nothing to do with that *****ed institution, they caused me anxiety!!
