ACCOUNTS AND ATTORNEY

Hi my name is Pertunia Nomsa Khunoana i will would like to lodge a complain about the college services and billing.Last year on the 20 December 2017 i paid my outstanding balance of fees to the college account and sent the prove of payment to my lecture (Fikile Shangase)

I didn't receive any result from the college before i paid my account.After I've paid that's when they sent me my result.On the 17 January 2018 i received a call from some lady telling me i should pay my accounts,I told the lady i already paid my fees last year December 20.She told me me im owing the attorneys my account was taking to the attorneys.I told the lady how can you take my account to the attorneys were else i paid,she said i paid late because they sent my details to them on the 14 December 2017.I told the lady im getting paid on the 15th of every month and even on my agreement they know im getting paid on the 15 of every moth.

The lady said i must pay the admin fee then because the college sent my details to them and the balance must be paid by me.I said i wont pay that amount because i paid my fees on December im not owing the college,i told the lady the people who wanted your service they must be the one who pay you that amount because they are the one who consulted them not me.

After the conversation with the lady she sent me an sms that says: Ms PERTUNIA NOMSA KHUNOANA contact Rajespree Naidoo & Ass to negotiate installment on overdue Richfield account. REF:RG1

They sent another sms on the 19 January 2018 it reads as follows: Rajespree Naidoo & Ass banking detail: FNB Acc: ********** 9884, B Code:250655 -***- Amt: R659.88. ********** Tel: ********** 60 Fax: ********** 193

Kindly assist me in this regard i feel that all this thing is just a day light ******* and some kind of **** to gain money from me.This is even frustrating me im not thinking of going back to the college again.
