Lack of training and payment.

I have worked for Rich-Co since February 2018. I left because of lack of training in the first place. Second of all I didn't receive any payment what so ever, after the director I worked for said he'd pay me for the period I worked. He said payments would be done the 28th of February and I need to take in a resignation letter. So I did. And it's now the 19th of March and still no payment. My personal opinion, I can't work in an environment like that.
