Richardsbay Auto labels consumer "such people"

Well i thought i could give them a try and i did. After speaking to a certain individual numerous of times and telling me no his winning on the car deal his busy with was excited but little did he consider to tell me (consumer) that i should wait plus minus 3 months. Nonetheless i tell the person doing the application if it does not approve let it go but what i said clearly went in vain. Now that i send a review about Richardsbay Auto he tells me to re-apply to other places and he does not deal with "such people" in the meanwhile he leaves 11 credit enquiries on my credit report and tells me to sort out my ITC. Wow!!!! Some people clearly have the audacity to be vain but am again am not fighting with the people but i wish i had better communication as other people to be labelled as "such people" and i pray to Almighty God you have a better approach to other consumers.
