Bad Customer service

I was not relly happy with the service I got from L& J Motors in Richards Bay coming also from the manager it self. They sell me Toyota Etios 2015 car with dent and scratches and told me the scratches and Dents happened when they remove the car from a Truck and when I saw the car with installment of 2100 and was told milledge it's 53267k instant it was 91000 the price change after being approved to R 2, 500 and something when I ask they manager said because am the first buyer that it's why it's increased and promise to pay back cash back of 3600 because I loved the car and i wanted it and didn't mind the mileage of 91000k anymore and promise to come an take the car for repair and leave another on but been doing follow up since last year from June till now their am nt happy at all as am paying every month without any issues but they keep on promising me empty promises with their service am deeply hurt.
