Incorrect deduction/debit against monthly debit o

On 9 November 2015, queried why an amount of R390-00 was deducted from my monthly debit order during October 2015.<br> Was advised that this was part of a smart payment that was paid to me - THIS PAYMENT WAS NOT PAID TO ME AT ALL !!!<br> Today is 17 November 2015 and have as yet not received feedback of when this reversal will take place.<br> Because this matter concerns a Pensioner of RBM, it is of no consequence.
