Richards Auto Services CC - poor!

Shocking and unprofessional experience at Richards Auto Services CC in Tokai. This mechanic had my car for close on 2 weeks without having done any work on it. Communication was one way, with me (as the client) having to phone to find out progress. The mechanic was constantly taking in more cars, knowing that he did not have the resource to undertake work. General experience was very unprofessional and extremely unfriendly. I fetched my car and took it to Bosch services down the road, where I received a quote in half a day.
